Snorkeling trips are generally 3 hrs long, and the price includes all snorkel equipment, bottled water, soft drinks (Coke / Diet coke) and beer. We have a professional staff of English-speaking Captains and guides, well acquainted with the local shoreline and underwater reefs.
Most snorkel trips are organized by the boat company, grouping lots of strangers together on an overcrowded boat. On one of our private yachts, the number of people is up to you. You can sunbathe on the bow or hang out on the rear deck, with complete privacy. Our larger yachts even have bedrooms and salons for relaxing out of the sun. To book online, make sure you select the "Recreational" rate to avoid being charged for Sportfishing. If you are having trouble, just email or call (770) 573 0334.
The Snorkeling in Cabo San Lucas is amazing, with a plethora of beautiful species to observe, including angelfish, rays, octopus, squid, needlefish, dolphins, and even sea lions. There are 3 main snorkeling spots that we go to:
Santa Maria Bay - This is a very famous snorkel beach 14 km East of Cabo San Lucas. Most people will tell you that this is the nicest snorkel spot. While that remains debatable, it is definitely the safest spot around, and there is a large octopus that lives there. |
Chileno Bay - This spot is a little further than Santa Maria (18 km), with a little less living coral. The bay is much larger, with Sandy beaches, usually best for more experienced snorkelers. It boasts a cave and more expansive, sometimes elusive underwater life. |
Cabo Bello Beach - This is a private beach shared by the Cabo Bello and Misiones resorts. Very unknown and a little more tricky to maneuver a boat into, Cabo Bello Beach is a tiny but fantastic location for snorkeling. You'll be the only boat in the bay. |
